Up for grabs is a Canadian-made Calton Deluxe Flight Case previously owned by Texas singer-songwriter Jerry Jeff Walker (name and booking agency phone # are etched on the affixed Calton I.D. Badge with serial #).
The outer shell of the case shows plenty of road wear (scrapes, scratches, dings, removed stickers, etc.) from extensive touring (see pictures). Cosmetics aside, structurally, the case does what it is supposed to: protect your guitar.
The handle, latches and hinges and interior are all in good working order.
Calton cases provide unsurpassed protection and this one is custom fit for a Taylor Grand Auditorium (114 through 914 and Presentation Series Taylor GA models).
The Deluxe Series adds an additional layer of fiberglass for extra strength and a lock on every latch. Key and shoulder strap are included.
Approximate interior dimensions:
Width at lower bout: 15.75-inches.
Width at upper bout: 11.75-inches.
Width at waist: 9.75-inches.
Body length: 20-inches.
Depth at lower bout: 4.5-inches.
