Crystal Forest Steel String Guitar #1118-005  
HD28v clone custom built by Arkansas luthier. This custom built guitar features a
AAA Adirondack Spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides. Herringbone purfling and rosette with curly full maple bindings on body, fretboard and peghead.  Soundboard features Martin pre-war style forward shifted Adirondack scalloped X-bracing. The fretboard is ebony with a "snowflake" M.O.P. inlay. The peg head has an ebony veneer with a Crystal Forest logo of M.O.P. The neck is mahogany. This guitar has a standard a 25.5" scale length with a 1 3/4" width at the nut. The fingerboard has a 16" radius with EVO Gold frets. The saddle and nut are Tusq, radiused and compensated. The guitar has a JJB Prestige 330 pickup under the inside maple bridge plate and has a great "plugged in" sound. The finish on the guitar is nitrocellulose lacquer. Set up with low easy-to-play action. Great bluegrass guitar! Includes Silver Creek case.
