Sonor One Of A Kind Series Black Chacate 14x7" Snare Drum 2015 (video)

An incredibly beautiful and rare wood snare drum with loads of tone, sensitivity, and power. Sonor only made 80 of these and this one is in excellent condition and comes shipped in the original hard case along with the classy wooden box containing certificate of authenticity from the Sonor factory.

The case has some scuffing on it from use and I have included a photo showing an area where it can be seen. The only noticeable markings on the gloss veneer of the drum exterior can only be seen upon extremely close inspection and I only noticed a few spots under direct overhead lighting when taking these photos. I have included photos from every angle and you can see that this is visually insignificant. The hoops and other hardware components are flawless.

Please ask any questions you may have about the condition. This drum has been played rather than collected and is in excellent condition according to Reverb standards.

One of a Kind… …that's what you get with one of these hand-built masterpieces. The stunning naturally grown veneers make each snare drum as unique as your fingerprint.

We select a specific tree for each edition, then our master builders apply the veneers to the outside AND the inside of the shell. Our extensive high-gloss lacquering method brings depth to the precious wooden surface - a SONOR hallmark.

The instruments laser cut badges highlight the iconic mallet logo, made out of the same veneers used on the snares. SONOR is environmentally conscience and only uses veneers sourced from certified and resource-saving trade partners.

Each One-of-a-Kind production run is strictly limited to the number of drums we can get out of the selected tree. This means that each and every single drum remains something very special. Forever.
