1984 Alvarez Yairi "Express" DY-56RB. Rare acoustic/electric hybrid from the Yairi workshop in the mountains of Japan. All electronics work. This is probably the first or second best DY56 I've ever seen for sale. Not quite a case queen but pretty close. Sold with a hard shell case that does not fit the thin-line body perfectly. Guitar will be expertly packaged to protect it during shipping.

The solid wood backs are arched and curved to increase frequency response and volume. Solid spruce tops have the same high quality parabolic bracing found in the entire Yairi line.
