Bootlegger Back Slap Delay is a compact and simple to use delay unit that accurately delivers echo styled decays and repeats. This is a perfect delay pedal for players who need something warm and analog styled, but without the hassles of a true analog delay pedal, such as larger size. Go from classic slapback to ambient delay tones with incredible ease.
Simple and easy to use with rate and depth controls, this chorus is balanced well. It has a lovely slow deflection up to a lively deep warble. Subtle at first, the onset provides useful tonal shifts. I find it easy to get into a rhythm and groove with it. The rate and depth is similar to a Boss CE2 and an Ibanez CS9, it’s also the same layout with true bypass and 2 controls. Lovely deep blue case and matching bright blue led.
Back Slap Delay
This delay is out of this world. Capable of providing the simplest talkback all the way to echos through the atmosphere and beyond. It has a good feel just like a behringer DD400 delay, but turn up the repeat and delay all the way and you can get a space echo effect. Fun to mess around with repeats and rhythms building and overlapping, you could get lost in all the possibilities of this pedal. Silver case with 3 controls: level, repeat, and delay.

Great, immediate communication with the seller - even with the east coast/west coast time difference. The guitar shipped quickly and was carefully packed. The Hounder itself is a treasure - action & intonation perfect out of the box, great looking finish, solid feel, very playable. The online pics and videos don't do it justice - much much more than you might expect from a guitar 3-4x the cost. Highly recommended instrument and seller- thanks Chuck!
