Suhr Modern Carve Top LE 2009, Serial #1 – Faded Trans Whale Blue Burst

Simply Spectacular

Another amazing, collectible guitar from Nuts and Saddles: #1 of 75 made in Suhr’s 2009 Limited Edition run; signed by John himself, and the belle of the 2009 NAMM show!
The body is spectacular: A ¾” carved ‘quilt’ Maple top over Alder, finished in a Faded Trans Whale Blue Burst with scraped binding. The neck is the ‘modern elliptical’ shape; made of quartersawn maple with an Indian Rosewood fingerboard, it sports jumbo stainless steel frets and a matching Faded Trans Whale Blue Burst quilt Maple headstock-overlay. It’s equipped with a Gotoh “Floyd Rose” vibrato, two rockin’ Doug Aldrich zebra humbuckers, and Suhr’s simple but versatile 5-way pickup-switching system—and it comes all wrapped up in the 2009 Limited Edition case.

All we can say is… Wow.
