2008 Megatar 12-string TrueTapper 'Dragon' with Sustainiac Driver
(Melody Side Only) - Like New condition - rarely played - non-smoking environment - no gigs. (Very little if any tarnish, wear on chrome / gold plating)
Sustainiac was factory installed at Megatar - pull volume knob up activates Sustainiac - two sustain *ranges are selectable using the tone knob (normal or pulled up) - *sustains different string areas of the melody side neck
Stereo output allows use of separate amps/effects for bass and melody pickups.
What you see - is what you will receive - Megatar, strap, gig bag, CD instructions / method styles and stereo cable (3 + meters) + copy of original receipt - guitar stand not included
Current setup is a Chapman Stick style tuning (12-String Classic) - Melody 4ths / Bass Inverted 5ths - and was performed by an authorized Buzz Feiten Tuning System Technician.
Universal nut accommodates different tunings / inversions / string gauges without the need of re-slotting or replacing - only intonation of the bridge would need to be changed (bridge is completely adjustable - no super glue)
Additional Long Strings are available from Megatar. (due to the scale length - regular guitar strings will not work on this instrument)

Bass: C-.095W, G-.080W, D-.060W, A-.030W, E-.016, B-.010 (Inverted Fifths)
Melody: C#-.040W, F#-029W, B-.016, E-.012, A-.011, D-.009 (fourths)

Body / Neck: Maple and Alder with Natural Finish (abalone fret dots - custom black edge dots)
Hardware: Chrome bridge & tuners/ gold plated pickups - black pickguard
Pickups: Dual TrueTalker (gold plated humbuckers) + Sustainiac Driver (Melody) - 9 volt battery required to use Sustainiac (battery box on back - see photo)
Gig Bag: Washburn padded bass gig-bag (loose fit - OK for home use - but if you plan to gig with it - plush fitting gig bags and cases are available from Megatar - specify model)
