About This Listing
Thomas Vox 1967 Raiders Poster Catalog Reprint (folded)- A North Coast Music Exclusive Product - By 1967, Thomas Vox seemed to shift their advertising away from the Beatles, as they had ceased touring and performing with Vox amps in public. The new catalog featured the new heroes of American Vox, Paul Revere and the Raiders, who played Vox amps daily on the Dick Clark "Where The Action Is!" television series. Also featured on the cover were the Animals' Hilton Valentine (a North Coast customer!) and Chas Chandler, along with Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones.
The year 1967 brought revised models to the Vox amp line, and these are first displayed in this catalog. The V1143 - Beatle (no longer "Super") with Repeat Percussion, the V1132 - Royal Guardsman, the V1123 - Buckingham, and V1153 - Viscount, featuring "low noise" FET preamps are displayed, among others. The Jaguar Organ joined the Continental and Super Continental, along with wacky new versions of the Vox guitars with built in effects and the dual "T" truss rod.
Printed in b/w on glossy, enamel stock paper, this catalog represents Thomas Organ Vox at it's peak in America, in my opinion. About 23" x 35" when fully open.
Due to multiple issues with lost packages and failed deliveries, North Coast Music is currently not accepting orders destined for delivery in Italy or Mexico, no exceptions.
